1. What is Culturize? Culturize is an online print-on-demand store offering apparel, home goods, and accessories that celebrate African American culture. We sell a wide range of products, including T-shirts, coffee mugs, bumper stickers, and more, all designed to inspire and uplift.


2. How does print-on-demand work? Print-on-demand means each product is made to order. When you place an order, we print the design directly onto your selected item, whether it’s a T-shirt, mug, or sticker. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without holding large quantities of stock.


3. What types of products do you sell? We offer a wide range of products, including:

4. How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the perfect fit. For T-shirts and hoodies, we recommend checking the measurements against a similar item you already own to ensure accuracy.


5. Can I customize a product? Currently, we do not offer individual customization options. However, we frequently add new designs and collections, so be sure to check back regularly for fresh styles that might match your taste!


6. What is the estimated delivery time? Since all of our products are made to order, it typically takes 2-5 business days to process your order before it’s shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


7. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.


8. What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost for your order before completing the purchase.


9. What is your return policy? Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.


10. How do I care for my products? To ensure your products last as long as possible, follow these care instructions:

  • T-shirts/Hoodies: Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the printed area.
  • Mugs: Dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand-washing is recommended for longevity.
  • Stickers: Apply to a clean, dry surface for best results.

11. Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package's progress.
